Hotone Audio Co., Ltd. was founded on November 5, 2012, and on January 15, 2013, it became a registered People's Republic of China Hong Kong/Macao Overseas Investment Enterprise (Joint Venture) under the Changsha Hi-Tech Development District Commerce Bureau. The company's headquarters is located in Changsha's Yuelu District, within the LuValley Hi-Tech Industrial Park. Hotone employs over 90 staff members in a 2,500 m² facility. The company's business scope includes research and development of information technology, multimedia equipment R&D, technical product services, as well as the production and sales of electronics, software, audio equipment, auxiliary equipment for the music industry, and instrument parts and accessories.
