  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. In general, shipments are delivered within 1-3 business days. International deliveries may take longer.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable shipping carriers such as DHL, Correos, Seur, and Impost for deliveries. Impost delivers to a locker, so you can pick up your order whenever it’s convenient for you.

  • Location: We are based in Spain, and we ensure fast and efficient delivery to both local and international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are defective.

  • Return Form: Customers can easily complete a digital return form by logging into their account on our website. From the “My Orders” section, you can select the order or product you wish to return. Once submitted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email. This label is provided at no cost to you, so you will not incur any return shipping expenses.

  • Return Process: If you prefer, you may also contact our customer service team at [email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  • Exchange Policy: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or type, please contact us via our chat. We will assist you in processing the exchange as quickly as possible. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide a solution, either by issuing a replacement or a full refund.
