Phantom-Powered Instrument Preamp and DI
Triton Audio BigAmp is a compact Class A FET instrument preamp and active DI for stage and studio use. Its 1/4-inch TS input accepts instrument and line-level sources ranging from electric guitar and bass pickups to synthesizers.
Balanced Output
The low-noise FET amplifier provides +3 dB of gain before feeding a low-impedance balanced XLR output stage. This converts the instrument signal from unbalanced to balanced for connection to microphone preamps, mixers and audio interfaces.
Portable Design
BigAmp is powered by standard 48 V phantom power, so no batteries or separate power supply are required. Its compact format makes it practical as a high-quality portable DI for recording and touring.
