Q: “Which countries do you deliver to? ”
We ship to:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. Other countries on request.
Q: “Which shipping carriers do you use for deliveries?”
We use Correos, Seur, Inpost and UPS for our shipments in Spain. Outside of Spain, we use Correos, Seur, Inpost and UPS . Delivery times range from 1 to 6 days, depending on your location. At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method.
Q: “Why do you have outlet sales for other brands?"
Our Norwegian division, ScaleNordic AS, was a leading distributor in Norway for many years. The brands we are now selling off are those we no longer distribute in Norway. To optimize our operations, we have relocated these brands to our warehouse in Spain, allowing us to offer them within the EU at significantly reduced prices.
Q: "Do you offer volume discounts on Scale cables and plugs?"
Absolutely! When you purchase 10 mixed cables from Scale, you’ll receive an additional 10% off. Similarly, if you buy 20 mixed plugs or adapters, you’ll also enjoy an extra 10% discount. The discount will be applied automatically in your shopping cart.

Scale cables are the result of 30 years of expertise in the live and studio industry. With a background in operating one of Europe’s largest music stores, we have a deep understanding of what musicians and professionals demand. Our cables are manufactured in one of the world’s leading cable production facilities, meticulously hand-soldered, and subjected to rigorous quality control before leaving the factory.
We use only premium-grade cable materials and high-quality connectors to ensure outstanding performance, durability, and reliability. All our microphone cables are engineered with a 4-Core Twining Process, delivering superior signal integrity, enhanced durability, and minimized noise interference. To guarantee long-term confidence, every cable is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Furthermore, we prioritize sustainability—our cables are packaged in eco-friendly, plastic-free materials, ensuring a greener future without compromising on quality.
Q: “Why are your cables more affordable than other high-quality brands?”
We sell our cables directly to customers online, eliminating the need for distributors, agents, or dealers. Our cables are shipped straight from our factory to our warehouse in Spain and then directly to you. Unlike other brands that go through multiple business channels—adding significant costs along the way—our direct approach allows us to offer high-quality cables at a fraction of the price. If we followed the traditional distribution model, our cables would likely cost 2-3 times more.
Q: “What if I can't find the cable or connector I need?"
We specialize in producing a wide range of cables and connectors. If you can’t find the exact type you need, let us know! We continuously expand our product line based on customer feedback, and with sufficient demand, we can develop new models at our factory. Q: "Why hasn't Scale been available in the EU before? I've never heard of this brand"
Since ScaleNordic AS was founded as a Norwegian company, our initial focus was on Norway—a high-tech market for audio equipment. Within three years, we established Scale as one of the best-selling brands in this field. However, since Norway is not part of the EU, shipping presented significant challenges. Higher shipping costs from Norway became a limitation for both us and our customers.
To overcome this, we established ScaleNordic SL in Spain. By operating within the EU, we can offer more affordable shipping, faster delivery times, and a smoother experience for our customers across Europe. Best of all, our prices within the EU are now significantly lower than before.
Q: "Don't you have more active PA speakers?"
In 2020, we took over the contract for our CD and FR series from one of Germany’s largest speaker manufacturers. With the expertise of our German engineers, we significantly enhanced their performance and fine-tuned the DSP with one of the world’s leading tuning companies. These speakers have been a massive success, with thousands sold in Norway. However, since Norway is not part of the EU, they were only available in the Norwegian market.
While we are currently out of stock, a new production run is planned, featuring an upgraded version of the CD series. The FR series will likely undergo a complete redesign, possibly with a new name, and is set to be unbeatable in price.
By selling directly, our PA series has been approximately 30-40% more affordable than competitors. Stay tuned—an exciting new series is coming soon! 🚀
