These Terms and Conditions apply to consumers and business customers unless otherwise expressly stated.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. It constitutes an invitation for the customer to place an order.
ScaleNordic makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, technical specifications, prices, images and availability are accurate.
Minor differences in colour, appearance, packaging or presentation may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing changes or updated packaging.
Customers should review the product description, specifications and included accessories before placing an order.
Outlet, clearance, demonstration, open-box, refurbished or cosmetically imperfect products will be identified on the relevant product page where applicable.
Customers may select products and add them to the shopping cart.
Before submitting an order, the customer may review and correct the selected products, quantities, billing information, delivery information and payment details.
By selecting the final order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
After an order has been submitted, ScaleNordic will normally send an automated email confirming receipt of the order.
This acknowledgement confirms that the order has been received but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
A binding sales contract is concluded when ScaleNordic:

If payment has already been collected for an order that is rejected or cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded without undue delay.
The online store is available in several languages, including English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.
The contract language will normally be the language selected by the customer during the ordering process.

The customer will receive the relevant order information by email. Customers with an online account may also be able to view their order history through their account.
All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.
Prices displayed to consumers include applicable value-added tax where required.
The applicable VAT rate may depend on the customer’s delivery destination and the tax rules in force when the order is placed.
Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before the customer submits the order.
ScaleNordic may change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect contracts that have already been concluded.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, ScaleNordic may reject the order or contact the customer before accepting it.

The availability of a particular payment method is not guaranteed and may vary according to country, currency, order value or payment provider. ScaleNordic currently displays these payment methods in its online store.
Independent payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies and eligibility requirements.
The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds or credit are available.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination, parcel size, parcel weight, order value and selected delivery method.
The applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Free delivery may apply to selected products, order values, destinations or promotional campaigns. Any applicable conditions will be displayed in the online store.
All orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days before dispatch.
Orders are not normally dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
Customers should inspect the parcel and products promptly after delivery.
Visible transport damage should, where reasonably possible, be reported to both the carrier and ScaleNordic without undue delay.
Failure to report visible damage immediately does not remove any mandatory statutory rights.
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, ScaleNordic may:

Products remain the property of ScaleNordic SL until full payment has been received.
This does not affect the rules governing the transfer of risk to consumers.
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Where several goods from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period normally begins when the final item is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send ScaleNordic a clear statement confirming the decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

Customers may also submit a return request through the “My Orders” section of their ScaleNordic account where this option is available.
Spanish consumer legislation provides a general 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases.
After notifying ScaleNordic of the withdrawal, the customer must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after sending the withdrawal notice.
Returns must be sent in accordance with the return instructions provided by ScaleNordic.

Where ScaleNordic provides a prepaid return label through its online return process, return shipping is free when that label is used. The existing ScaleNordic return policy states that customers receive a prepaid return label at no cost through the account return procedure.
The customer should package the products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
Consumers may inspect and handle products to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way they would normally be permitted to inspect a product in a physical store.
The consumer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose.
Opening ordinary product packaging does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where reasonably possible, products should be returned with their original packaging, manuals, accessories, cables, documentation and other included items.
The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
Spanish law limits the consumer’s responsibility to reductions in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods or contracts where an exception is provided by law.

These exceptions do not limit the customer’s rights where a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract.
Where a consumer validly withdraws from the contract, ScaleNordic will refund the payments received for the returned products.
Where required by law, the refund will also include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer selecting a more expensive delivery option are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after ScaleNordic has been informed of the withdrawal.
ScaleNordic may withhold the refund until:

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Commercial or manufacturer warranties are additional to statutory consumer rights and do not replace, reduce or restrict those rights.
Any commercial warranty applies only where expressly stated on the relevant product page, warranty certificate, packaging or accompanying documentation.
Promotions, discount codes and automatic discounts may be subject to separate conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

ScaleNordic may reject the use of a promotion where it is used fraudulently, contrary to its conditions or as the result of an obvious technical error.
Customers may create an account to manage orders, submit return requests and access other services.
Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for notifying ScaleNordic if they believe their account has been accessed without authorisation.
Personal information associated with customer accounts is processed in accordance with the ScaleNordic Privacy Policy.
The ScaleNordic name, trademarks, logos, website design, original product texts, graphics, photographs, videos and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission from ScaleNordic or the relevant rights holder.
Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
ScaleNordic does not exclude or limit liability for:
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory remedies relating to damaged, defective or non-conforming products.
ScaleNordic will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, carrier disruption, telecommunications failures, payment-system failures, government action or legal restrictions.
ScaleNordic will take reasonable steps to minimise the consequences and will inform affected customers where appropriate.
Mandatory consumer rights concerning delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the ScaleNordic Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
The Privacy Policy explains how ScaleNordic collects, uses, stores and shares personal information and how customers may exercise their data-protection rights.

ScaleNordic will seek to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable period.
These Terms and Conditions and contracts concluded with ScaleNordic are governed by Spanish law.
Where the customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence.
Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts determined by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively before a Spanish court where mandatory law gives the consumer the right to bring the claim elsewhere.
ScaleNordic may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to applicable law, the online store, delivery services, payment methods or business practices.
The version applicable to an order is the version made available when the order was placed.
Changes will not retroactively alter a contract that has already been concluded unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
