Shotgun Camera Microphone
The Alctron VM-6 is a compact, low-noise shotgun condenser microphone for digital video cameras and camcorders. It is battery powered and includes an integrated shockmount to help reduce handling and mechanical noise.
Flexible Mounting
The VM-6 uses a standard camera hot-shoe mount and also provides a 3/8-inch thread for use with a boom pole or microphone stand.
Battery and Level Controls
Power comes from a single 9 V battery, providing up to 70 hours of operation. Filter and level controls are located on the rear of the microphone, including an 80 Hz low-cut function and a three-position level switch with -10 dB, 0 dB and +20 dB settings.
